Digital ID Card
SENDERKIS and OPEN.MODE™ have teamed up to introduce a new way for customers to engage with the true story behind their leather and raffia handbags. A "phygital" Birth Certificate, or digital ID, powered by OPEN.MODE™, represents the first Digital Product Passport that offers complete traceability and transparency for these products, which are designed in New York and made in Ubrique, Spain. This enables customers to instantly access information regarding a product's true sustainability credentials and more.

Simply labeling products as "fairtrade" or "sustainable" at the point of sale is not a viable strategy. The goal was to connect their product with a Digital ID included in the bag, serving as a ‘birth certificate’ containing a unique ID powered by OPEN.MODE. We supported the brand’s journey through expert consultancy, designed a bespoke solution for their products, and produced a short film showcasing behind-the-scenes footage from the factory, as well as an editorial photoshoot with final products, ready to elevate the brand’s legacy.
