AGORA introduces a new way for customers to engage with the true impact of their clothing. A 'phygital' swing tag or digital ID, powered by OPEN.MODE™, represents the first in-store labelling technology that offers the complete story behind each garment. This enables customers to instantly access information regarding a product, purchase and become a store member.

As the fashion industry struggles with transparency and green-washing, for AGORA, diversifying the storytelling behind their thoughtfully curated garments is essential to their customer experience. “Labelling clothes simply ‘sustainable’ or ‘ethical’ or “50% recycled material’ is no longer enough”, says Tiffanie Darke Co-Founder of the sustainable fashion brands boutique located in Six Senses, Ibiza.

‘Traceability tech solution Open.Mode launched its first phygital block-chain-enabled hang tags with sustainable brands Another Tomorrow and Mother of Pearl. The event took place at the Agora boutique at Six Senses Ibiza’, which focuses on sustainable fashion brands, and included a panel discussion featuring Mother of Pearl creative director Amy Powney and Model and Activist Lily Cole. Founder & CEO Neliana Fuenmayor noted that the tech can also have applications for authentication of luxury brands moving forward, as well as in resale if a customer passes an item on’.
